Slowest service ever. As a former fast food worker I understand that when it gets busy it can take a while and I empathize, however I ordered door dash and the poor driver was sitting at the taco bell for an hour before he told me that they gave someone else my order. I had to wait another hour for my food after that. From experience, the only way to give out a door dash order to the wrong person is by complete negligence because they have unique codes. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to wait for two hours and make your driver miserable.

Their Black Bean Chalupa is a pretty good vegetarian option. I’m not even Vegan but I thought I would try it. To my surprise it was pretty darn good. Nacho fries are excellent especially when you use the nacho cheese with pretzels. Their 5 layer burrito is pretty awesome too. Especially with the Baha Blast.

They shoved 2 quesadillas, 2 tacos, 2 nacho fries in one bag. The fries was everywhere. The taco got crushed. The quesadilla don’t even cut right…but they’re friendly though.

Being a very picky eater I think their food is actually alright. But the service is terrible. I only order a few things that are in the menu and my most popular is the chips and cheese dip. For this being sometimes the only thing I order it should be easy to remember to put the food in the bag before handing it to me in the drive thru or the store. But every time they forget the chips part to the chips and cheese which requires me again to wait in line. It’s ridiculous. Why aren’t the staff making sure everything that was ordered is in the bag.

Dashers worst nightmare. I sympathize with and understand that this location gets busy, I know how it is working food service, but I am consistently bewildered by the state of affairs here. I have never had an order take less than 15 minutes.

I have only food things to say about the Taco Bell in Pullman Washington. The staff are incredible and friendly, everything is clean including the bathrooms*. The general manager is precisely what the job calls for. He is calm, polite, and pleasant. Even though tex-mex isn’t one of my favorite foods, Taco Bell is always surprisingly delicious. They are so busy with door dash orders, but still tend to their walk in customers. Unlike a few fast food restaurants that seem to have forgotten the importance of customer service, Taco Bell has excellent customer service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Taco Bell in Pullman Washington.

Went to the drive thru and ordered ahead on the app. As I got my food, the drive thru gal was rude. I was grabbing my bag and right before i could grab it, she let go of it kinda swung it towards me. Okay fine. But when i got home, I went to open the wrapper to my soft taco and a beetle came crawling out of it! I threw my taco and now I have a mess to clean up. Didn’t even eat any of the food after I saw that!! The beetle wasn’t huge but it was a decent sized. You guys need to clean your kitchen!!! And probably everything else for that matter.

This Taco Bell Located in Pullman Washington is a very Popular fast food restaurant, especially for the college students of WSU. Really great employees here and I’ve noticed no matter how rushed they are, they always where a smile and are eager to help. Sometimes rhwes a long drive through line but the quality of food here is worth it! #5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
