I live in benton city and my order was deleted and then forgotten about according to the manager with the last name O’Neal. I drove all the back and was given 2 steack chaulapes and hard shell taco after being told to my husband that location was in the middle of a shift change.

I went through the drive thru and got the wrong order. I went inside to let them know I got someone else’s food and the staff was very mean to me. The person at the cash register was on her cellphone, pointed her finger at me and told me to leave the lobby repeatedly. I just wanted to explain that my order was probably mixed up with someone else in line but she kept interrupting me and telling me to leave, saying i had to fix my order by going back into the drive thru line. I’m sorry to whoever lost their order but they made me feel too uncomfortable to go back.

Dirty inside. Not busy, employees could’ve cleaned tables and serving area. Services was so so. It felt like the employees would rather stand around vs give good customer service.

The window service was very mopey. They were rude when asking me to repeat myself because they couldn’t hear me. They missed something on our order and made it hard to get back what we ordered because the window service didn’t hear what we were ordering.

Don’t go here unless your in the drive thorough. Been here several times and there is never anyone up front. You will see a twenty-five minute wait if your inside.

Horrible customer experience. They messed up our order through the drive thru and when I went inside to get my order fixed, they told me that the lobby was closed (even though they are open for take out…) I told them that they messed up my order and she told me that I had to go through the drive thru so they could help me. She then followed me to the door and locked it after I left. As I looked out to the drive thru, there was a massive line and I had to wait forever for them to help me. They finally got it right. When I got home to eat, my food was soggy due to us waiting so long and a burrito that I ordered was mostly tortilla… there was like little to no meat in my Crunchwrap (see picture). There were huge chunks of lettuce hearts that were not appetizing. It’s fast food, so what more can I expect, but these workers with no sense of customer service are getting paid $13.50 an hour!! If I was the employer, I’d be a bit more selective on who I hired, or maybe have a better training system for their employees. Guess they lost a customer at least for a while.
