I am beyond LIVID with the customer service and the product quality of this Taco Bell. I just placed a door dash order through them, $41 of food, mind you, they forget my sauces, whatever no big deal, I go to eat my crunch wrap supreme and there is no meat in my tacos… I go to call the store and I get no answers… and when I go through door dash to file a complaint, they only offer $2 refund? Is this a sick joke? I would leave less than a one star review if I could.

5 stars for Muldoon taco bell due to the working line crew and young lady working the window at the drive through service on morning of the 25th may @3am. Window lady stayed the line team calm while corrections were being made due to the gentleman taking orders made Hugh mistakes taking my order. She gets a Hugh high 5 for making things right under extreme conditions. They got swompt to say the least while she gave her line team corrective measures, holding professionalism topside, dispaying courteousness and kept her kool under extreme pressure. Thank you window lady, thank you. Window lady deserves a raise, pls consider that.

Saturday night December 3rd to Sunday morning before closing I sat in line for 30 minutes waiting for three soft tacos. Starving I take my food and head down the road to get gas only to find out that the amount of beef they placed in my taco was 1/5 or less of what it should been and all of my talking.

Going to Taco Bell is always what can be expected. The service was fast and courteous in the Drive-Thru in store dining was closed due to I believe lack of able workers. I probably should given it one more star as far as Taco bells go I was very pleased with this is it I tried something new which I elaborated in the vegetarian section it was very delicious and affordable. this outlet is probably from my understanding number two on the West Coast followed by the Taco Bell on Diamond Boulevard which is been said number one in sales on the West Coast possibly nationally.

It seems this location is frequently messing up my order when I do come here once in awhile. I’ve grown used to having to check my order when I get it before driving away. Messed up my total order completely. I even had them fix a couple things and still came home and discovered something else messed up. They also forgot the nacho fries that I ordered and charged my card again. I’ve been in customer service a lot in my life, I would’ve just gave the fries away after realizing all the mistakes! I can pay it’s not a problem but the service was a mess and the fries tasted off along with the meat in the tacos. Horrible experience. I’m tempted to reveal the name on my receipt but I won’t go that far.
