Seek these out. You won’t be disappointed. I had the carnitas with a sweet and spicy sauce and pickled watermelon. Ed and Katie were super friendly and most of the ingredients are loca, organic, and Home grown. I would make the 50 min drive to Paonia just to eat these tacos!
