I’m giving it 4 starts because 80% of the time it’s really good. But the other 20 % is absolutely terrible. Inconsistent between cooks. Some times the burritos are large cooked amazing perfect portions. Then luke today they’re blah, potatoes not cooked right at all. Barely warm. Almost no cheese. The hot sauces are my favorite part. The hot green and the orange ones so good.

Nasty people we order some super fries and some nachos for my 7 year old daughter and we were waiting for awhile when I asked about the nachos the lady yelled to the guy in the back to hurry up , the guy in the back comes back laughing “oh sorry I forgot them in the microwave “ last I checked nachos are made with nacho cheese ! So I had to ask for nacho cheese and they literally warmed the nacho cheese in the microwave! I can’t imagine how horrible they cook the rest of their food ! Horrible customer service as well ! If you’re out of state and want to come eat here don’t do it !

Stopped in at taco boy tonight and when I walked in the door the girl working was on what seemed to be a personal call. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before she decided to set her call down and take my order. Ordered the burrito bowl and asked if they could add lettuce, was told that it “comes with lettuce” I mentioned that the menu didn’t say that but she assured me that it did. The menu didn’t show that it comes with guacamole but when I returned home there was NO lettuce but guacamole on my bowl. Also asked for whole pilot beans instead of refried and was told “we don’t have those” when I explained thays how I have always ordered my food.Obviously minor inconveniences but rather than argue with your customer just make sure that what ask for is correct. Personal phone calls should not be more important than customer service.

I had to re-cook all the food that we got from them , the ground beef and everything we order was undercooked and tje meat wasn’t even ground up it was giant pieces of meat. They weren’t even busy.

Ok, so taco boy was a disaster, order taker/cashier not in a role that matches her skill set. When pointed out Tuesday was Taco Tuesday and Tacos were $2.59 . Cashier was confused, then after conferring with cook, said out of $2.59 Tacos, Chef/Cook unable to make some of menu items. Food arrived luke warm, Carne Asada taco meat had way too much gristle, cashier said could not make the shredded tacos ordered, Tecate was coolish. Rolled tacos were more like flautas. Pointed to website for cashier to refund overage on tacos and on Tecate (Tuesday $2), said she had to call the owner

The only thing I got going for it honestly is their drinks. The food is either really dry or soaked in grease. The inside of the place is greasy and doesn’t look well kept. I don’t know all of the details so I won’t say too much, but it was shut down by the health department I believe. I would like to know more info.

They have tacos and burritos, what more can I say? My bf loves the veggie burritos and I prefer the AZ burrito with fries. Menudo is spicy & tasty. Also love that they carry grape Zuberfizz soda.
