Just moved to Mustang and tried this place. The bottom line is that we will not be coming back. Every drink in the soda fountain tasted flat and nasty. The food was very bland and burnt. I actually threw $20 away because the food went to the trash. I only put 1 star because you had to put that to get to review. Even the nacho chips were stale. A one and done experience.

The manager working was extremely rude, telling me my vehicle was too noisey for the drive thru, fine I turned it off. Drinks are being served by cans due to CO2 being out, no problem, then get home less than 5 minutes away and the cheese is ice cold, called spike to manager and he advised I could call department of health because the team before him didn’t prep and there’s nothing he can do.

Will never come back to this location again. Waited 19 minutes for my food and could clearly see the people in the back had no idea what to do probably new hires not their fault. The portion size was ridiculously small on my frijoles and rice and my soft taco and muchaco very little meat and ingredients. The food was room temperature if that. I didn’t expect 5 stars for a fast food restaurant but definitely should and could have done better and more effort put into the customer meal and service. I enjoy Taco Bueno but will never come back to this location. No thanks

I would have given them zero stars if I could. We were waiting 20 mins for 2 bean burritos then asked for a refund when were weren’t getting them. The manager refused to give a refund. She gave us our burritos and as my husband was leaving she told him to never come back. The audacity of the manager!! Never again will we go there. Just disgusting behavior from the manager.

I love this place – however – they can’t seem to ever get an order right. Tonight my husband went and bought to platters and it totaled $30! Which is totally wrong but he didn’t question it. The tacos were not in either platter and again no queso. And to top it all off – no way to call up there and let them know they overcharged us and left out items. Very disappointing.

Man running drive thru was not friendly however my main issue was how little meat was in my street tacos. The ingredients used taste good but you’ve got to give me more then 3 small pieces of meat for $1.99 each, come on guys. I ordered 3 for $6 (they had an advertised discount they did not give me) and I’m going to have to get more food elsewhere.

First off, a real person took my order unlike Taco Bell. The food was fresh, and the lady that took my order brought it out to the table. It was ready before I even got my drink. The order number was 444783 2/16/23 @ 11:26:39 if anyone from Bueno is reading. This crew deserves a pat on the back, especially the nice lady working the register.
