The food is great. However, the service is always slow. Seems to be poor management. Always seems to be understaffed. I’ve also come several times well before their closing time and them be closed. Truly, if their food wasn’t so good, I would never eat here. The poor management, slow service and closing way earlier than your listed hours gives this location 2 stars. The food is the only reason for the second star.

So frustrated with this location. We ordered online, got to the restaurant to pick up our order and they hadn’t even checked the computer for it. After finally checking for the order it took another 30 minutes to get the order. On top of that, half the tacos didn’t have cheese on them and they didn’t give us the 4 orders of churros. Had they been busy we could have made sense of it but they weren’t at all. Our order was close to $70, should have had better service.

The food was good. What you expect from fast food Mexican. However, it was very slow. The worker was kind enough to bring it to ya once it was ready. Unfortunately the floor and tables were filthy. I had to wipe down a table to sit because none of them were clean.

I was waiting on an order for over 15 minutes and when I asked about it because I haven’t been told anything the manager got an attitude. I heard her and a co-worker complaining about me. Busy or not, learn good customer service skills. Also, there was a cricket just chilling out in the tea tray and another dead one on the floor.

The last time i went had a horrible experience, my food was trash! Taco shells stale, they skimped us on the meat and i spent almost 20 dollars for 10 tacos the soft where ok but they skimped on the meat like i said Earlier, the lobby needed to be cleaned, the bar looked bad only reason i found that out because i went threw the drive thru originally paid with a card and they forgot to give my card back so i had to go back later after realizing i left my card thats when i see the insides, i wouldn’t of ate there if i went inside. In the past i went they where great but they fell off ! People where walking out as i was walking in like where going somewhere else…

I’ve gone through the drive-thru twice in recent evenings and both times I was tempted to check the window person for a pulse. They were disengaged, unfocused and oh my God so very s-l-o-w. I may hit Taco Bell next time just to see if their drive-thru shows more signs of life than this place.

Went today which is a Friday at dinner rush. They were slammed inside and at the drivethru and I only saw two young men working. Through all the orders they remained calm and cool and turned out order after order. I waited about 15-20 minutes.
