Went thru the drive through and was asked to move around front close to the door until my food comes out. Order was missing items. Getting good food and the right order at this location is like rolling the dice. This location needs to close.

If the Bueno on 19th and the one on Santa Fe mated, they would birth a Church’s Chicken. If I didn’t find it comical, I would be fuming. This used to be one of my favorite places. Absolutely amazing that someone somewhere is actively “managing” these restaurants. Might have better luck just not trying, went through the drive thru at 11:15 tonight, don’t even know where to start, if you want disappointment and to be on a terrible mood, then look no further. Do yourself a favor and hit 7-11 and grab a frozen burrito.

Order through drive thru order got messed up try to call no numbers work and wasn’t given a receipt get back to taco Bueno 3 employees and no manager girl didn’t know nothing not even where the manager was or a number to get ahold of the store manager so now my foods all cold thanks il be going to taco casa they don’t mess people orders up there

As Im waiting in the drive-thru for my order I can see a man in shorts and an under shirt holding their bucket for ice while another employee stands there and eats something. This is all in plain view from the dining room and the drive-thru. This makes me question the quality of my food. Very unprofessional and a real turn-off. On top of that they didnt even get my order right and won’t answer the phone to be able to tell them about it.

I normally go to this location, but recently the quality of food has been substandard. This party taco looks like it was made 4 hrs ago, and the tostada was the same!! I doubt I’ll be back for some time. So sad disappointing to say the least!!

I ordered 2 meat burritos and there must have been just a half scoop of beef. I understand COVID but you raised costs and cut back on product drastically. You are not fair. So wrong to strick your regulars at both ends. I ordered 2 meat burritos and 1 with sour cream. The sour cream was put in the 1st bite only. You should be ashamed. Cost 23 bucks for 5 tacos and 2 burritos that were pure embarrassment on your behalf.

Horrible food. Order was incorrect. Hardly anything in the tacos. Shells were stale. Taco meat and beans tasted sour. Gone up way too much in price for such bad quality. Last trip there.

Its a must to check your order before you drive off and after tonight you MUST check you food. Ordered a number two and 2 of the tacos were fine but the third had maybe a spoons full of meat. The shells and the chips I got were stale. They changed the drink size to small now on the combos too.
