I can’t even believe this place is still in business. I am the nicest guy when it comes to fast food. Never rush Always super sweet at the microphone always thank yous and appreciate yas. Whoever took my order had the audacity to tell me that I should have made the order in the lobby that it wasn’t a drive-thru order. I ordered 10 crispy tacos.

The new store manager is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!! And the enormous pot hole in their parking lot needs to be fixed before you guys get sued over it. It’s BAD!! I ordered the chicken nacho salad and there wasn’t a single chip in it. All of the other employee’s were great!

Once again, this location has hit a new low. To wait 20 minutes for someone to respond to you at the drive thru to order to the excuses of only two people working to the rude responses. It would have been faster to drive into Tulsa to get the order. Ridiculous!

This store is incredibly understaffed, to the point it really shouldn’t be open. Why would they schedule 3 people on a Friday night? I’m dont care for the attitude of the young male manager but the issues is always speed of service or lack there of. This will be the last time I come here, I’m still waiting for my food ive been here 20 min and the guy in front of me even longer. The only reason I’m still here is because my kids are hungry.

Months ago we went through the drive thru. It took forever and our order was wrong. We decided to try again but go inside this time. I waited in the car, hubby went in. 15 minutes later, I went in. There was only one other person waiting. Drive thru was busy but moving. No one was paying attention to anything else. The food was good but I’m not sure that we’ll come back to this Bueno.

My dad and I attempted to go eat there on March 17. As we tried to enter the door, we noticed it locked. A lady that worked at this Taco Bueno opened the door and rudely stated the restaurant was closed, which also included the drive-through, then she shut the door and locked it again without another work. No apology or anything. This isn’t the first time the lobby has been closed with no signs saying the place is closed. I’ll never return to this location. I would suggest another location or even another fast food Mexican restaurant.

Stopped here to get lunch for work. First they told me they had no carbonation and the only drinks available was sweet or unsweet tea or water. I ordered the 10 combo of tacos and burritos. Wanting 7 tacos 3 burritos. Low and behold I’m eating lunch and have zero burritos. I would call them since I can’t leave work but there is no phone number listed on Google. So I guess I just get robbed three burritos and get to go without.

Agree with other reviews. Change out your management and retrain your staff. Drive thru speaker volume so low you can’t hear anything. Order was wrong. Lady at window didn’t care or apologize, she didn’t even offer to fix it, just closed the window. Rude
