I’m calling their Corporate Office to ask them to review this location. The Manager refused my Coupon after I had to teach him that the Coupon actually expires in May 2023. I placed a dine in order, anyway. The Cashier wouldn’t speak English + didn’t understand what a coupon is or how to validate one. So, she asked for the Manager’s assistance. He barely apologized and still wouldn’t honor a valid Coupon? Yes, it’s time for a review, here.

I’m not sure why but you never get exactly what you ordered. The AMOUNT of food ALWAYS outweighs HOW MUCH food you actually get with the order. The shrimp tacos are good but a joke at the same time. You don’t get A TACO FULL OF WHOLE SHRIMP in the taco, you get maybe 2 whole shrimp IN PIECES throughout the taco TOO LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE MORE. The shrimp is SALTY! I have a heart condition that is not able to have salt. So biting in the shrimp was not a good surprise. I mentioned it to the English speaking manager and she said she didn’t realize it was and it was too bad. I couldn’t even eat it but never asked me if I wanted something else or just my money back..

Wow Taco Bueno, what a let down! Normally I prefer Taco Bueno over other establishments but today their food and service was subpar! You couldn’t have gotten a “Thank you” out of the drive thru cashier to save your life and the food tasted like it had been sitting on the line for awhile. Even the tortillas where stiff and rubbery. I know they can do better, other Taco Buenos always deliver. It wasn’t even a complicated order…see attached receipt. But I see this is the normal for this store from other reviews. Dear franchisee….quit embarrassing Taco Bueno and shut down if you can’t do better than this!

All I wanted was the “mexi shell” (which is what it is called on their website) removed. This is what I got instead. No taco, no enchilada, and three mexi shells! Every time I go here, something is not right with my order. I’m super disappointed in this visit because I didn’t get half of what I ordered after explaining it to them three times.
