I went thru the drive thru 6.30.23. That was one rude dude. I was there at 615p. He literally said… what do you want. That was it. The order was correct but it wasn’t due to him. Time to move on with that employee. Something tells me you’ll know exactly who I’m speaking of.

I honestly love Taco Bueno but I’m afraid their giving up! This location is generally hit or miss but even when it’s not great, it’s always better quality than their competition next door at Bell.

After going to the Taco Bueno at 91st and Sheridan that was locked with no sign explaining the closure, we tried this location at 46th and Peoria. The dining room was open, but there was only two (2) visible staff – one working the drive thru and one working the food line. Despite standing at the counter for more than 10 minutes, we were not once acknowledged or given any indication that staff intended to assist us and take our order.

I used a coupon for a BOGO burrito, it looked like they only put half of the ingredients in each burrito. It was fairly close to closing time and the food was just luke warm at best. I was not particularly impressed but it was okay. Service was better through the drive thru this time.

We came in right before closing, and they were excited to still serve us. The guy at the window was friendly, and chatted with us for a few while the food was being prepared. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a drive thru ever.
