The store is nice aesthetically and the person running the front register was extremely nice and professional. Since Arby’s has bought the chain, the beans are nasty now and they use lesser quality tortillas.

I had never tried Taco Bueno before, having only had Taco Bell since I was little. I sure was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was fresh and very tasty, the restaurant was clean and had good music, AND the employees there were great. The man who took our order was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here instead of Taco Bell! The salsa bar was awesome, by the way, I love fresh pico and cilantro

Nightmare even walking in there. Left immediately. I heard someone yelling about white people calling them “crackers”. Sounded like the manager didn’t have control of how the staff conducts themselves. Also the property could use some maintenance. In general, Taco Buenos recipes have changed for the worse over the years. Considered trying them again, but probably not now.

The guy at the window smiled and was nice..but, the taco shell was STALE. After one bite, I just ate the food within it. No bag of chips included to go with the dried out, old tasting salsa. Won’t return.

If you hours say you are open then you should fulfill the order. Took our order and never came to the window. The window glass had extreme hand prints and slimy substance so after waiting awhile we drove away. It was gross.

Awww man.. I come in and order me a chicken salad meal and made the taco a chicken taco and the chicken is cold.. smh. Zero stars if I could. Fire the obese white guy making the food. I know he wouldn’t eat his chicken cold. Smh.

11am and the beans were already overcooked tasting. Disappointed very disappointed.. I love Taco Bueno.. and they have such a hard time getting good help. My $5 nacho salad the chips were already soft before I could open the package and the two $2 bean burritos were the size of a party burrito no trace of chili on it very sad very sad indeed I would love to buy Taco Bueno and make them little family places people of Taco Bueno but I don’t know what’s wrong with them but they are just eventually going to have to go out of business…. And they forgot the hot sauce.. how can you forget your only customer’s hot sauce at 11:00 a.m.?
