Ordered bean burritos, paid for them and received the party sized ones or they’re just skimpy with the ingredients but I would hate to see the party one then…. You should go to Applebee’s and have a meal for the same price!!!

I ordered two Big Freak’n tacos, no lettuce, what I received was two lettuce tacos with nothing but lettuce and a tiny bit of meat. Every time I go to this place, I wait several months before trying them again because I love Taco Bueno but this location is ridiculously inept, they never get my order correct and they always skim on the ingredients, unless it’s lettuce that you didn’t ask for. If I ever go back, I will definitely check my food before I leave.

It’s a sad day. The taco Tuesday platter deal is no more. That’s the reason we went there all these years. Went in this week and it’s full price now. It’s sad that all the fast food places are charging so much now. Used to be a cheap place to eat but now it’s not that way.

It’s always amazing when you find a place bet within walking in the door and greeting the cashier you know you made a bad mistake.. not only was a cashier rude he found it funny that he couldn’t be understood due to a heavy accent. Then to top it all off the foods kind of thrown together I ordered a chicken bowl and notice the photo and there’s barely any chicken nor does it look like the photo and the advertisement. All in all should have stopped in know better go home eat healthy.

It is Taco Bueno so I don’t expect much, but I do actually expect to be served. The first night before closing, the sign said open. Several cars in line waited. After quite some time, they decided to pull to the window. Still no word. Still no service. No one to be found. A car outside. Lights on inside. And the various open signs lit up outside. Tried to go in, the door was locked. Did they get robbed? There was only one car without a soul in it so perhaps there was only one person there. It was 10-20 minutes before closing but why after four cars with wait times of 10 minutes or more was there no one. Why was the door closed? Okay so people make mistakes. I will come tomorrow I thought.

Sometimes good, but too often I’ve had to go back inside and have some part of my order re-done because the people making it aren’t paying attention. And when I do have to go inside to do that it can take 5-10 minutes before anyone even talks to me. I don’t know if maybe the speaker is bad or something, but I repeated something 4 times to the person on the speaker, only to get to the window and have them repeat back the wrong thing I tried over and over to clarify. Also more than half the times I’ve been there they’ve had someone’s like 4 year old daughter in the kitchen area like she was just brought in while her mom worked and that just makes me a bit uncomfortable about how sanitary the area is.
