When this place opened, it was staffed, clean, and prompt. In a short month, the exact opposite is now true. The store is dirty slow and constantly understaffed. Taco Bueno has no pride in its brand new store.

Food is great, restaurant is clean, and service is nice. Problem though is this restaurant is always freezing! Everyone in our family has complained to the workers several times about it, but they always say there is nothing they can do about it. It’s no exaggeration either. It’s like eating lunch/dinner in a refrigerator.

Previously, I had given this place 2 stars due to many different issues. I had to revise my review because they have improved significantly and I believe they deserve it. Nearly all of the problems I had before appear to have been addressed except for one: there still seems to be a major issue with employee turnaround.

Awful.. got the wholata platter and got no rice, sour cream, the firehouse salsa was sour like it’s gone bad, etc. Went there @ 9pm and they close at 10pm but, had lights off. Absolutely don’t recommend.

The food and service here is pretty good, but it’s uncomfortably cold year round. Managers say they can’t do anything about it, though it makes it very unpleasant to eat at the restaurant without a jacket.

Terrible experience! I waited at the drive thru speakers for 5 minutes and decided to drive to the window where I waited an additional 6-7 minutes. I saw two people in there bagging food but no one acknowledged me. Once someone finally came to the window he tried to give me food that was not mine. I told him I was waiting a while and my order was never taken. He offered no apology and didn’t acknowledge me telling him I waiting for a while. Go somewhere else! For this to be a new location it is awful! Wish I could give them 0 stars.
