I come with my family to Bueno pretty regularly. Tonight the quality control was terrible. There was no care in the preparation of our order. Simply four muchacos and six tacos. GREASE. All over the inside and outside of the wrappers. Several of the tacos had almost no ingredients. Tried to call the store to give them the opportunity to address it. The phone line was busy.

Taco Bueno seems to be hit or miss. The tortillas for the tacos were a little bit stale. Everything seemed a little skimpy. The prices have gone up and they have cut back on the food portions. The bean burritos are now flat instead of round because they don’t contain enough beans in them. Taco Bueno used to be a really great place to eat.

I literally ordered a quesadilla combo and a combo burrito on the side. Super simple right? I should’ve known better than to drive away without checking my order. THEY DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE QUESADILLA! Also got a bean burrito instead of a combo. $15 for a bean burrito and a wimpy taco. I can see why this chain if failing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Its one thing to get the order wrong but completely forgetting to include the main entree is unacceptable. 1 star because there’s no option for zero

The girl in the drive thru was rude she threw my food at me said she couldn’t hear and I asked for a receipt didn’t get it and that was not the first time I asked for a manager she didn’t come over either was pretty irritated you need to try to get nicer people to work there I called up there no answer
