I ordered the wholotta box. And I’m pretty disappointed. We use to get this all the time and loved it. This time the burritos are tiny and old, they are rock hard, and most tortilla.The tacos are stale.

Came in with a friend who used to love this place in college. It’s fine for what it is! Fast food Mexican isn’t bad. Has the margaritas chicken taco plate. No real complaints there. Staff was friendly and masked. Place was mostly clean. No complaints.

The food was really good. I had a combo consisting of a regular size chicken quesadilla, a crunchy taco and a fountain drink. Then I ordered big freakin chicken quesadilla. The restaurant had Easter decorations which was really nice.

Visited this location for the first time for dinner. There was no traffic so I stopped by. Went thru drive thru and was asked to pull up to gated area outside of the restaurants entrance after paying for order. Staff member at the window wasn’t the friendliest. Maybe having a rough day. Food was flavorful. Not so warm by the time I got home to eat it (15 mins). Have had better experiences at other local Bueno locations. Picture is the Muchaco Platter.

I went thru the drive thru and wanted the $6.00 Muchaco Box. It comes with a small drink but I asked if I could get a large and wasn’t told of the price difference. I was told to drive forward. I wasn’t asked what items I wanted in the box. I asked the person why I wasn’t asked what items I wanted and was told he just assumed I wanted it the regular way. I told him no and what I wanted. I was charged $3.19 for a large drink and was never given the other drink which comes with the meal. I took a drink of the sweet tea and it tasted old. When the guy came back with my food I told him this tasted old and that I wanted a coke. He was not happy about having to do that. What has happened to customer service these days.

Use to be a 5, but has gone downhill. The prices have gone up and quality has gone down. A tablespoon of beans in a party burrito. In our group of 3, they have lost one couples order, the last 2 times we’ve been there. The survey on their receipt doesn’t work anymore.
