Never come here , keep driving, they should close this one down , the two people who are working today , should quit!!! My food was cold and my rice was not cooked , Chris didn’t want to be at work today clearly , the girl at the front told me about the tacos, and when I told her to give me two of them she said ok and when my food came out guess what I didn’t have them , I pray that they close down.

1st let me say I love me some Bueno, 1st ate there in the Woodlands years ago, now they are slowing popping up & are worth a visit. Consistancy of service has been an issue though. That said…..this location started out fantastic, best I’ve been to, THEN like usual something happened & now it’s terrible! We tried awhile back & were sort of ignored awhile, when we were waited on finally our food was the worst of any location I’ve been to. Well love Bueno so much we tried again recently, LAST TIME THEY’LL SEE US, we walked in & 1 young girl was all we could see, she made eye contact with us atleast 4 times as she walked around the kitchen, past the register to the window & back NOT once did she acknowledge we existed!! Literally 5 minutes to see what would happen, we left NEVER being acknowledged & not 1 customer was inside or in the drive thru, made a fool of us 1 time too many. Such a shame I can’t have Bueno until I go up to Conroe now!

I love coming here for the great food but also the amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience and every time I leave there I have a huge smile because of how freaking nice they are. Food is always correct and hot. Wait times are always reasonable.

I’ve had Taco Bueno in the past, but today was my first time dining in. While my food did take quite awhile, it was understandable as the place was being ran by a skeleton crew, in other words, Severely short staffed. While my order was not 100% correct, the cashier respectfully gave me the correct item. Despite the experience not being the best, I have to commend the morning/lunch workers for pulling their weight and doing their best to work through the lunch rush, while dealing with the attitudes of customers (some were understandable, and some were not) and being short staffed, which I, as a restaurant worker myself, Can confirm that it is no easy task. I hope those workers get rewarded and get decently paid. I admire the workers for multi tasking with Drive Thru, the production line, and the cash register. I hope they get more staff too because the food was honestly not bad, better than most Mexican fast food joints that I’ve been too. I will also continue to eat here in the future.

A/C out, water on bathroom floor, order 3 tacos and party burrito no chill sauce for burrito, paid with cash they have no change to give back, drink-tray counter has water standing, salsa bar has no scoops. Other than that it was great
