Never came over mic , pulled around to wait behind car to place order . Finally made it to window and girl said head set wasn’t working , took our order and waited 30 minutes for 8 party burritos . After finally receiving our order the burritos literally had a teaspoon of beans in them , literally . Cars were backed up in line and I decided to go to door to try and get them to fix our order . She wouldnt open the door and she told her friend hanging out in lobby – who walked out the bathroom to keep walking past me.

Ordered a burrito. Not an overly toasted tortilla, then smashed to peices taco salad. Its ridiculous. Cant use the excuse it was in a rush cause there was no line. No one was in a hurry.

The manager is condescending and in a rush on the drive through, even when there is no wait. One time I pulled up and asked for a moment to look. He sounded annoyed when he said take your time. I decided with my wife what we were going to order for our family night, and when I said I was ready I was told “the system”was down and I couldn’t be served that night. We went to Taco Factory and ate better anyway.

I went to the Princeton, Tx location this evening and ordered a platter that looked like it was slopped in the box. In addition, I ordered two tacos with sour cream and as you can see the shells are broken, no sour cream and barely any meat cheese or lettuce! You would think that a location that has not been open that long would take pride in their restaurant to make a good impression. I paid extra for the sour cream and didn’t get it. Wouldn’t this be considered a company stealing from their customers? To top it all off, I tried calling to see if I could speak with someone to correct the order but I guess there is no integrity in answering the phone. I guess I will have to call corporate and complain.

We went this week with a very large party. They got our entire order correct and every thing was fresh and delicious! The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely be back!

It looks like a newer Taco Bueno location. The ordering process was slow. We were asked dine in or takeout and we replied dine in. However we received our food in bags and in to go boxes. Because of that the setting sizes seemed a bit bigger. But we didn’t receive chips with our platter and our nacho salad came with sour cream. No biggie on the sour cream, but that is incorrect too. It was an ok visit to Taco Bueno, that’s all.
