Driving long distance. Wanted to stop for something quick. Simple order placed. Three breakfast tacos. No one else was in the Drive-Thru. Took longer than 10 minutes. Then the portions were drastically undersized and not worth what they charge. Asked for my money back. He was unapologetic. Bad customer service. Now driving home hungry. Too much time wasted.

Taco Cabana never has failed me. Regardless of where in Texas I get it. The food is always hot, fresh, yummy, and a good value. This one was in Ennis. I brought a friend and it was her first time experiencing TC. We had 2 of every breakfast Taco combo available. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had very happy tummies when we finished. I live in MO now so TC is always a must have when visiting East Texas. Next time I will take pictures.

Went through drive thru and the forgot one of my tacos and didnt prepare my order correctly on the other tacos, of course I was charged. Check your order before you leave this place, its lacking leadership here. Oh they gave me an overkill of salsa cups though, whooptiedoo.

The fajita tacos only get 3 strips of dry dehydrated meat. I ordered 2 different meals so I can check to see which meal has the best flavor. Both chicken and beef fajitas combo meals where tough and dry. 🙁 also they have dry tortillas and now I just realized they gave me the wrong drink so I poured it out. Big waste of money

I don’t even want to give one star. We went there on our way home. Got it to go. When we got home and started eating. My husband found a long hair in his food. I called up there and the lady laughed like it was a joke. I will not be going here again and we will be calling the heath department.

Had to come edit my review. I decided to give it another try since it’s been a year since my last visit. Happy to say the place is under new management that has greatly improved things. The restaurant was clean, condiments stocked, employees out front actually taking care of the customers! I won’t be waiting a year before I visit again!
