This restaurant could be amazing if only employees cared to deliver a quality product. I ordered a chorizo and potato taco. I asked for them to please drain off the grease. This is what I got. Not the first time. And sometimes potatoes are a week old, or so it seems. It’s always something. I’ll have to hold up the line by checking and sending it back next time.

Went there to pick up dinner, I was having problems with the Taco Cabana app so I decided to go inside. Walked in and waited at the counter, for about 5 minutes. No one was around I did notice an employee look at me and then run to the back of the kitchen. I needed to order food to go but decided to look at the menu inside. The female employee then came up to me and said that the dining room was closed and that only the drive thru was open. I said okay and told her that there wasn’t a sign and the doors are unlocked so how was I supposed to know. She didn’t say a word and I walked out and went to Panda express across the street instead, it was delicious. I deleted the Taco Cabana app, I won’t bother the employees there anymore with my money. There is no need to contact me, I read all the other bad reviews of this place and obviously none of those concerns were ever fixed, I just think others need to be aware before attempting to spend their money there. I’m sure there are other taco places that treat customers better.

The food was horrible! The meat was so dried out. The woman cashier was very rude and kept rolling her eyes and touching her hair repeatedly when I was asking her a question about my order. The price was ridiculous for the portion or the food I received.it was not fresh at all. I will not be returning to this location. This absolutely ruined my night. I called and talked to the African American male who said he was the manager about my order. He refused to do anything about the order. Usually the person quesadilla has guacamole and sour cream on it. It had nothing. Everything was dry!!!

Based on the food I’d give it a 5! But based on service it would be no stars. I’ve been there twice 1st I went in and had to wait awhile for someone to come out when they did it was a group of girls with Margaritas. I got a ghost pepper mexican. It was good only problem was there was nothing on the top layer. NOTHING . 2nd time through the drive thru they forgot my churros, but remembered to charge me
