Waited 5 minutes to have my order taken, no one acknowledged me after saying hello. I drove up to the window and the young Hispanic girl with the nails started taking the order from the car behind me. I tried to get her attention at the window and she rolled her eyes at me. Like as if she knew me, I don’t know anyone that works there. Just straight up rudeness. I ended up going to chick fil-a.

The food is good, the place is big, but please DO NOT GO if you don’t have 20-30 minutes to wait. They will use your entire lunch break because they make it when you order it. Go when you have time to go.

Waited in line for a pre order I had and 2 people passed me and said nothing. When someone did speak to me they said they didn’t start it yet and I would have to wait despite it being ordered the day before and it was hours after their open. No one else is here so it’s not like they are busy. Food is mid if it tastes at all.

Made an order a day prior (6/1/23) for 8:00 a.m. pick up the next day (6/2/23) for 120 people. Guess what.. they started making my order at 8:10 a.m. the next day when the meeting started at 8:30.

I placed my order at the drive thru. After driving off, I realized I forgot to get the water I PAID for. Instead of getting back in line, I went into the restaurant and kindly told the cashier I did not get my water. She rolled her eyes and handed me a small plastic courtesy cup. I told her “a bottle” but she then gave me a medium cup and walked off without a word. I just took it and didn’t make a big deal of it. My food was fine but the service this women provided sucks. I recommend management go in and take a look at the cleanliness of this place also.

Food was ok. Def dont expect some 5 star meals there but we ate the food just fine. What bothers me is that the entire place was dirty. Not sure if it was because they may have been short staffed but regardless the tables weren’t clean, the fountain drinks area was nasty and not stocked properly. The restrooms were the worst being EXTREMELY unsanitary. Will not be going back to this location.

Tried to go to this location Sunday night around 8 and waited at the order box for 5 minutes and was never spoken to. There was only one truck in front of me and they still didn’t have their food after the same amount of time so I cut my losses and got Panda Express.

My Taco Cabana order had hot sauce on the outside of everything. The aluminum foil on the outside of my burrito is covered with hot sauce. The plastic container that held my enchilada plate was smeared with hot sauce salsa. I hate this establishment!
