I was pretty disappointed in this establishment, as soon as I walked in I can feel how humid it was inside which caused the floors to be very slippery. As I walked up to the cash register to place my order.I notice no one was around just a note telling me to ring the bell for service (I cannot believe a fast food restaurant or any restaurants at that would greet It’s customers with a sign like that) and a couple of broke cookies (I would’ve not even display the cookies if they look that bad). I placed my order and sat down and noticed drywall falling off of the wall, I know this restaurant can’t be that old. I never write reviews but I asked myself if I was the owner of this location would I want to know these issues and yes I would.

Carne Asada tacos were pure trash. So disappointing. The meat had 0 flavor, and appeared half cooked. The tortillas were cold and raw. Definately not as advertised. Restaurants will literally give you anything these days. They put 0 effort into what they serve.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to go order. No one at register. Finally got someone’s attention. Was told we put it out and someone took it. And walked off like that was a solution. Manager was no help either. Finally said they would remake it… Never going there again.

I want to be clear that the service was good, the food just ok, and atmosphere lacking (probably due to lack of help). The floors were sticky, couple tables needed cleaning, ceiling was falling apart in places, and sorry – you can’t blame covid anymore – the once famous salsa bar is sad and empty. The owners either need to seriously reinvest in this place or put it out of its misery.

My TC! Reward was taken with out my authorization by the cashier at the drive thru window. When asked, “why did you do that?” he stated that by asking him to simply scan for points to be added he took upon himself to select my $5 reward. I did not request for him to do this at all. I would like my $5 reward returned to my account asap. If this is the way the drive thru cashiers are trained then there is some re-training that needs to done as well. I will be refraining from my routine visits to Taco Cabana until my reward is replaced. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.

The place was clean, staff very friendly and the soda was good, if I could give -2 star I would none of the food was good, the burrito? Trash. Street taco? Trash. Chips an salsa? Trash. Everything was SO small for the price. You’ll have a better time at Taco Bell.

I went through the drive thru on yesterday and ordered $20 worth of food, only get to my house to find that NOTHING WAS RIGHT WITH MY ORDER. NONE of the items that I ordered were in my bag.

It never fails that when I go to the taco cabana in Summerwood, they completely either mess up my order or the food is absolutely terrible. I decided to give them another try and what a mistake. I have been watching the commercial on the Carna Asada bowls and it looks so delicious so I thought I’m going to have my husband stop and get one for me. When my husband got home, he ordered the tacos and I had the bowl and the meat was so dark and dry as if it had been sitting out for hours. When I called to speak to the manager all he would say is, they’ve change the meat and that’s why it looks dry. Never offering me something else or saying i’m sorry you feel that way. I even told him to meet on the commercial doesn’t look like that so that’s false advertisement. All he said was, I’m sorry ma’am that you don’t like the way It looks or taste. I told him sir. It’s not only dry but it’s absolutely cold as if it’s been sitting there under a light all day and he could care less. Don’t eat at the Taco cabana in Summerwood in North Houston because you will be very disappointed. On top of that, my husband said it took for forever to get our food.
