This place is trash. The service is horrible, the food is terrible, and the fact that it took a long time sucks even more. In the picture are the steak fajita nachos. As you can see, they barely put any meat on it.

Very slow service; they take forever to take orders inside and prioritize the drive through. Ordered for pick up 30 minutes early and they still did not have the order made despite having no one inside. The food is decent for a taco cabana establishment, I just wish they speed up the service and would put equal parts fajitas not mostly chicken when I ask for mixed.

I’ve only been to this location twice and both times have been disappointed with the preparation of the food. The first time, I got the shredded chicken cabana bowl and the tortilla shell tasted like old oil. The second time, I got the shrimp Tampico quesadilla, and there was ONE piece of shrimp and barely any cheese on each cut piece.

This is the worst taco cabana I’ve ever been to! The staff seems more interested in playing around then working. Orders are wrong and twice now we have gone in the evenings around 10pm. You can hear them inside laughing, the website and big sticker on the window says open till midnight. Someone comes to the window after we are honking and then has to ask another employee if they are open or closed. Only to tell us they are closed. I’m willing to bet ownership or management wouldn’t be telling us at 10pm that they are closed. The worst customer service! Need new management and all new employees

So sad. I used to love Taco Cabana. Unfortunately they have never recovered from the Covid shut down. Staff is trying, but there simply isn’t enough of them. The wait time to order is ridiculous and so is the wait to get your food. I came in at 11am on Saturday so it is not like a peak rush.

The food normally be good not this time and the service was horrible. If you go through the drive-thru you should get your food then not pull around to the front of the restaurant and wait a long time. Then the food doesn’t come out you have to go in and ask for your food. Not good customer friendly service.

Went for breakfast 8:30.I went with my son, 3 cars in front of me all I ordered was 2(TWO) breakfast burritos. It took 20 min to get my order not to mention I could tell the customers in front of me were getting VERY frustrated. When I finally got my order I just wished I could’ve gotten an apology that’s all. Drive thru customer service doesn’t exist here.

The last three times I’ve come here there’s been over a 10 minute wait for food through the drive thru and more than half their drink choices aren’t available. Customer service is subpar, could barely hear the girl at the speaker. The foods been decent at the least.
