You know..the people at this location, they try to do this well. I was so pleased with the detail of the order taking and preparation. They have a unique team at this 1604 and Nacogdoches location. Good job all involved. My order was the shredded chicken taco with Lettuce and Tomato .

This location has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite place for a quick lunch break. The last two times at least that I’ve gone they haven’t made my order right. See the picture below. I asked for no beans no lettuce. They gave me that and left out the rice.

First time eating at this restaurant. Ordered steak nachos. The nachos were chewy, not crispy. It had a pile of dry beans. They didn’t put the sour cream or guacamole on the order as it was supposed to come with it. I had to feel my way through the mounds of beans to pull out the pieces of steak. Do not recommend this establishment. Save your money and go to a real Mexican restaurant, even if it is just to satisfy a quick craving…not worth it!!!

The customer service here is awful. The lady at the front who took our order was very rude and the food was not that great either. She had issues with my app, and stated that there’s only one person in the whole place who works here that knows how the rewards system works and somehow they were off today. The food was cold, there was a hair in the rice and beans, the tacos tasted horribly, and our order was wrong. It looked as if the place hadn’t been swept in a week and there was also a roach under the table next to us. Will not return.

There needs to be some major changes at this location. I live right beside this location and frequently visit. There have been several instances where they basically toss my bag and my food is cluttered everywhere. Every interaction I’ve had with the people at the drive through have been rude and have missed items on my order.

Drive through woman working Wednesday morning August 16 was very rude and sounded like she did not want to be there. I simply ask what kind of breakfast plates are available because it’s different for every taco cabana that I’ve been to and she rudely replied” What did you say everything is on the menu” I did not even order I just left. I do not want to get service from anybody who is rude and someone who can’t treat a paying customer right I for sure won’t be going back

15 minute wait at drive thru. Verified senior citizen discount. Didn’t get it at the window and the employee was rude but finally gave it. I told him to have a nice day and he closed the window and turned his back. Must have been having a bad day!

I wouldn’t give even 1 Star that place. DONT GO THERE!!! It’s so small inside like Sewage! It’s not good to place to eat with that smell. If you don’t want to be disappoint better avoid that place! Restrooms are very dirty also it’s seems like nobody clean them and big smell is coming from Restroom. They definitely have a problem with Sewage!
