It was my first visit at this Taco Cabana location and ordered “Chicken Fajita Quesadilla” and “Cabana Sampler plate”. Here are my concerns:

The food here was good. It came out hot and was very tasty. I recommend the jalapeno & bacon ranch tacos. The staff I interacted with was very professional and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the salsa bar was clean as well. Overall I’d say this location is a 4 star experience.

I just ordered lunch from here. There chips are all stale. The steak nachos with queso barely had queso. My chicken fajita nachos barely had shredded cheese AND that cheese was cold. I called and the girl said “we don’t melt the shredded cheese, it melts because the meat is hot”. The manager said “the containers we put the food in say don’t microwave on the bottom so we don’t microwave them”. This is the most pathetic stuff I’ve gotten from here. And I paid $30.14 for this ridiculous food. I just used my own shredded cheese at home to try to salvage this and the chips are so gross it’s useless! Oh, and there was a piece of bone in the shredded chicken taco.

Decided to eat at this location after the movies. The customer service was great, but the food was not really great. I think it’s just the quality of the products they give this guys. Very young people working here, so I was surprise how well they treated us. Thank you, guys!

My husband and I decided to give this place a try after saying we want to try it since moving here earlier this year and Taco Cabana didn’t disappoint the food was hot and fresh we ordered the beef nacho grande a soft beef taco and 3 hatch pepper pork street tacos let me just say we were very shocked and surprised at how big the nacho order was it’s huge and delicious the beef taco was good as well. My husband said the hatch pepper street tacos were good and definitely had a kick of heat. We will definitely be back and being from the East Coast I can honestly say when all you have really had is Taco Bell as “Mexican” food we both agree Taco Bell who??? They have nothing on this place.

This place is ridiculous I place a curbside order from the app. When I got here I called the number they have to let them know I was here. Goes straight to voice mail. I drive through the drive through to inform them I’m here for my order. The girl doesn’t even know what curbside is. So then they tell me to park in the front for them to make my food. That I ordered ahead of time. I have waited for over 30 mins. Never again.

I ordered two chorizo and egg tacos. When I got home and opened the foil wrappers for both, the flour tortillas were drenched in chorizo oil. I opened the tacos and saw that the chorizo wasn’t mixed with the egg. They were separated. The tacos were not edible because I couldn’t even pick them up from all the oil on the tortillas! They didn’t even look appealing to eat because of all of the orange chorizo oil all over the tortillas. I will not be getting my chorizo and egg tacos at this location again.

Taco Cabana used to be a favorite but then I noticed that the tortillas started getting smaller, smaller portions, the salsa’s started tasting sour as if the tomatoes went bad, so I quit going. Well I stopped in for a classic bean&cheese and I wanted to try the mango margarita(lol), and to my surprise, the salsa tasted fresh, they put more than a teaspoon of beans on my taco, the place was clean, friendly customer service and very inviting. It’s crazy when some of these big food chains start making changes that “pad their pockets” and lower the quality of the food(like Taco Bell). And it is a wonderful thing to see when they actually stop being greedy and make a “come back”. I think this taco cabana is one of the “come back” franchises. We can all hope that all of them are doing the same thing.
