Tried the location on 69South and honestly, my first visit ever to Taco Casa because those that know me, know I am serous about my Mexican Food. The drive thru was crowded. It moved quickly which is always a good sign. Got to the menu board and felt overwhelmed (in a good way). Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos and more. Plus chicken tenders just in case.

I would never go to to 69 south again at night time the worst service ever. You have one worker yelling out the door very loud . And all workers was talking loud. And one guy ask me do I want to I want to work there because everybody in there will be fired . I told him no and he was like damn what’s wrong with working with taco case . Then he said what you do scam. I don’t scam. When I pulled off one the workers yelled out the window and said margarita drinking girl . Smh . Please check who was on that schedule it was date 06-1-2023. Please do better night shift

Taco Casa is a great place and great food. But the one here on 69 South in the Hillcrest area always closes early. When you look at the time it says closes at 11 you arrive 20 minutes early just to find out pulling up at 10:40 they have already closed down. It was a waste of people’s time to drive to the business when they close this early with a false time of closing. I’ve noticed this is happening a lot

Went to Taco Casa on highway 69 South.Ordered a #4 combating plate.Which is suppose have a burrito, enchilada beans and rice.What I got was a burrito two orders of rice no beans and no enchilada and got a taco. They diddnt tell me that they diddnt have those things they automatically substituted two orders of rice and a taco on there own.Been a customer for many years and probably will never go back there again

As someone who works in fast food I know people are trying to close but messing up all my food that I paid $33 on that is ridiculous we couldn’t even tell what was what and all of our sauces was supposed to be hot and one of the burritos was supposed to be mild we got our receipt and they had everything as mild very disappointing. To add my mother in law and father in law bit in to there food and it’s was hot ‍♀️ ‍♀️
