Greasy food, unappealing service, poor quality. Not sure why everyone raves about it because more than half of the time the food is so greasy that it is not edible. They blame it on their sauce, but they do not strain the beef, so you are left with a greasy soggy burrito or taco. I get this all the time when going through the drive through, particularly the Northport location. My husband and I called corporate to complain and when the son of the owner called me back he kept trying to make an excuse for the greasy food by blabbing about where they buy their meats from and the fat content. He couldn’t handle my complaint and said he didn’t like how we were making jabs at their company, which we weren’t, then he hung up on us. When there is a problem, you are going to get a complaint. If you cannot handle that you should not be in the food business.
