Always a great experience. Unique flavors and consistent. I eat here wayyy too much… But I’m not complaining.

Food is bland, wait is pretty long. They charge a fee if you use a credit card. Wanted to like it but I’m gonna have to pass

This is a great place to take your family for a good meal. Every time I go to Taco Casa I am met with wonderful service and delicious food. I love knowing my food is fresh as they prepare it all that daily and I know it will be prepared and rapidly by courteous people and served with a smile!!

It’s just not that good anymore. Anyone reading this from Tuscaloosa, it’s not the same. I keep hoping it’ll taste good again; but ever since they lost their suppliers from early on, it’s been tasteless. Out of towners, it’s Tex-Mex, it’s expensive, and you will be disappointed. I hope they do better soon.

Charged full price for WATER. I even verified…. Staff was not very helpful. Food was good. We got chips with the combo but nothing to dip chips in so the meal was kind of dry.

I love that I can always count on fresh tomatoes and lettuce on my taco, and easily make a substitution like “no rice, extra beans” without any hassle. Always friendly face’s at Taco Casa!

The store wasn’t super clean, and the service has gone down at Taco Casa. The staff are not friendly at all. You can tell they don’t like their jobs or people. The food was pretty good, it’s not what it used to be now. Tastes different every time. And the sopapias aren’t the same at all anymore. Too thick and hard now. Should definitely change those back to the old recipe. It’s gotten super expensive too. Night as well go to a nice Mexican restaurant instead. You get more food for your money. And it’s cleaner. I never thought I’d have to give a review like this for them but it’s gone down hill for sure.

As a native of Tuscaloosa, it is always a treat to eat at Taco Casa when back in town (2xs 2 days, ha). Food was delicious. The service in the drive thru was prompt but not too friendly, thus the 3 stars. However, the food was the reward!

Not a place I would recommend. Basically a somewhat fast food Mexican restaurant. I nor my other two patrons with me enjoyed our meal. I will not be visiting again. Service was fine. For what was paid I did not receive the value in quality of food.

First time I’ve been really disappointed in Taco Casa. Food was awful. Out of the 3 Tacos I order All 3 had a small amount of meat with 3/4 of the taco lettuce. One thing that sets taco casa apart from other fast food taco places, was the fact that they actually put a good amount of meat on it.
