I usually never write bad reviews over one issue, but I truly am frustrated I spent my last five dollars till next week for this. I just came here two days ago and this had the normal amount. I usually go to taco Casa all the time so I know when there’s a good amount and when there’s barely any. I will never go back there in the morning, usually night crew does not put this little cheese, meat or sour cream on it. I paid five dollars for these to have half of my chips have no cheese on them, barely any sour cream, and barely any meat. On top of that I asked her to fill my sweet tea ice to the line for the soda and when I got my tea there was maybe 10 pieces of ice in it, which I know isn’t possible if they fill it to that line because every time I’ve gotten into that line there’s always at least 1/3 a cup left the ice. I paid $.89 for meat and $.49 for sour cream. I went back to the drive-through and asked her if this is what they’re normally supposed to put on there and she said yes, then I was told that it would be $1.93 for extra cheese. I’m not gonna pay more than I paid for my tea for some cheese that should’ve already been on there. The 2nd pic is when I was done

I’m sure my expectations were too high for this location. Food was not warm, service was terrible and restaurant was dirty and felt like the heater was on! It’s 105 degrees outside. Restrooms were filthy with no paper towels. It’s my falult…I should have read the other reviews!

Even during busy times, the drive-thru at Taco Casa on Legacy in Plano, TX is typically quick. And the food is always good & consistent. Like most restaurants, the prices have gone up significantly in the last few years. So, I thought I’d post an updated picture of the menu with those current prices (as of July 28, 2022).

Chili Burger is so Good. Got me hooked on Tacos as well. I don’t get why anyone would eat at Taco Bell when there is Taco Casa. The quality and quantity is so much better. This Taco Casa is very consistent. I’m seriously addicted to it. I want it now from just leaving this review. Dallas needs more Taco Casa’s
