1st time here and WOW! Service was outstanding, the gentleman at the drive thru was courteous and very helpful with our questions. Service was quick and accurate and, they gave us a bag with a bottle of hot sauce and some dessert, on the bag they wrote congrats to the newly weds! I had completely forgotten that our car had decals on the windows as we were just married on Dec. 2nd. I was blown away by that, this has been the best experience I’ve had in a drive thru in a very long time. Our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last! Thank you so much Taco Casa! From Mr and Mrs Smith!!!

I went through the drive thru. I left and thought they gave me the wrong tacos. When I returned the manager wasted no time to fix my order and was very pleasant when he learned I was the one who made the mistake. I have had horror customer service experiences elsewhere and I just really appreciated him for his kindness and accommodations. I will be returning!!!

I have been to a lot of Taco Casas and I got the super nachos. I didn’t know I had to do your job and then your chinchy on the beef. This is a new Taco Casa. I wont be back. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to another location.

First time to visit this chain of restaurants. Customer Service was horrible. The food was even worse. I asked for the super nachos . The beans was old. The meat was cold. There was hardly any cheese on the nachos. I took the nachos back and asked for a refund. The guy Daniel told me that his manager tells his employees not to give refunds. When asked to speak to the manager he said first he was there , then told me he wasn’t. The meal was only $10$ . I can easily take a loss of $10 but the character of this manager and his employee was unprofessional and disgraceful. This experience has altered my desire to eat at any taco casa’s

Best customer service around! Huge shout out to Nate at the drive thru. I went through there today made my order. Then noticed I forgot my wallet Nate without skipping a beat gave me my order and let me come back to pay them! Order was correct and food was fresh! Awesome job !!
