How I received my tacos with bunched up napkins was not ideal but asked for more and they gave them no problem, soft taco was soft and cheese was good meat was okay. Lemonade was decent though. My first visit and I just wanted to give it a try, may give a second try later any suggestions?

Where’s the negative 5 (-5) when you need it? There were no customers in the place when I walked in. 5 employees that could all see me in plain sight ignored be standing at the counter to place my order for a solid 3 minutes. A young man asked a young lady who was loading bags in a rack to tend to me. She looked up and said, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Apparently bags are more important than customers at this Taco Casa.

I have ordered one item approximately four times. It was wrong all four times. I just wanted a beef burrito no sauce. I get home and all four times it was a bean burrito. The last and final time, I took that Alpo burrito back placed it on the counter and walked out without requesting a refund.

Be sure to inspect everything you order from the Taco Casa location on McPherson Blvd (Fort Worth). Found a little friend in my super nachos last night (pic attached). The manager issued a refund, but I wanted to share to prevent someone else from experiencing something similar.
