I went to taco city today with some of my coworkers/friends and the food was AMAZING! I had the shrimp taco and the crab taco it was so bomb that i had to order another plate. I don’t remember the name of the drink cause someone else ordered it for me but it was good af ! i will be coming back again! and for all my IG/tiktok girlies, it has bomb lighting and a beautiful space for pics.

Tasty and authentic! The tacos where so good with hand made corn tortillas. The lump crab taco was my favorite. The tamale was just like they prepare it Mexico. Definitely try this place out.

Taco City in DC is worthy of more than five stars!! Their happy hour specials are great, and the cocktails are strong. I subbed rum for vodka in my mojito … delicioso and no extra charges!! My taco de cameron was amazing!!! The carne asada was noteworthy and the torta is enough for two!! Also I cannot stress enough….they hand make every tortilla!!! This visit they had pink tortillas to support the Barbie movie premier!! (Made pink with beet juice- puro natural.) And best service ever. If you are in the area this is a must stop for truly authentic Mexican food. Best I have had in the area thus far!!

Delicious and authentic. We will be back for the tacos, guacamole, and salsa. For 2 people we ordered 5 tacos plus the guacamole and it was perfect. Looking forward to visiting for happy hour. Tons of gluten free items and we’ll labeled menu.

Let me just say that this place became one of my bf and I favorite go to place from the very first time we visited back in august! The food is just AMAZING! The place is beautiful and the staff is just beyond admirable!! My bf and I even got a chance to talk to the owner and he was just as amazing, we definitely let him know how much we loved and enjoyed our time here! If you’re looking to get some good food, stop by taco city!!! Soo sooo GOOD!

Came in from out of town. Just happens to walk by and decided to try it out. Oh my goodness it was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Their food is authentic Mexican. Everything is hand made in house. The service was Amazon. It’s a family owned business. Definitely will be back next time I’m here. It is so so good.

This review was only for drinks. They’re not great. Taste pre-made with lots of simple syrup. But they get 3 stars because of their hospitality. Maybe I’ll come back and try the tacos and update this review. But with a full bar, they should work on their margaritas. Oh I did have chips and salsa. The chips were hard and didn’t have salt on them.

Look, I’m in here right now! This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in the states. Actually, the most authentic I’ve been to period. The drinks are made to perfection. I got the mezcal margarita. I got the hordurs, shrimp and mahi mahi tacos and they’re best ones I’ve had. Service is outstanding. Happy hour? Pull up! Any other time? Pull up anyway. Top tier food!!!
