Thankfully the kiosk ordering system was down when we were there because the employees were the best part! I’ve eaten here a number of times over the years, and even with Covid politics killing staffing across the country it was the best experience yet. The people here were simply awesome. They helped me get my family’s orders in quickly, helped guide us on what to order and what toppings we should get. They were hard working, obviously happy, super kind and treated every customer like they mattered. Either the owners treat their people amazingly well, or the people they’re hiring are awesome regardless. I only wish I could tell the owner myself how great they were! The food was great too, tasty and fresh! We will definitely be back!

The staff that was working when I was there were wonderful. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman, but she was friendly and gracious. She was working with Jeff, who was very personable and really seemed to enjoy helping customers. He was great with some kids who came in with their mother.

I went in today. Friday December 9 2022 at 7pm. A worker named Anthony, a big guy, gave me and my friend a horrible horrible attitude. I’ve never had an experience this bad! His attitude was terrible. The other guy was very nice, but I do not recommend someone to go here. Unless they want a bad attitude given by this Anthony guy.

Haven’t been to a Taco Del Mar in quite a while and the stop at this one in Ritzville was definitely worth it. The person making the burritos was terrific, with great knowledge of the food he was preparing and the options that go with it. The burritos were great, with all kinds of toppings available for them. Definitely a place that we’ll return to when we’re in the Ritzville area.

Ordering Kiosk system slows down orders instead of speeding the up. The system is not an improvement but a downgrade. Staff won’t even talk to you to take your order. We were ordering multiple items as a quick stop for a family road-trip which we have been doing for years. Have never had problem with Taco Del Mar until this point. Will not be returning to this location.

The dining area is not very big. But the flavors are huge. This is like a taco truck, but it’s inside. Like subway, for your south-of-the-border taste buds. Have them customize your burrito, salad, taco, etc.
