The carne guisada is perfect!! This is pretty authentic if you ask me. I didn’t get to snap a picture of the tacos but I did snap the enchiladas. The enchiladas are good, but not my favorite. I would settle for the tacos.

Solid 4 ⭐️ the food was good everything had flavor with the exception of the bean’s. They almost seemed that they were from a can. No flavor tried adding salt and pepper but just didn’t do it for me. I had there steak quesadilla and the girls had a burrito (asked for it with rice and meat only, unfortunately it came out with bean’s as well. Sent it back) . Other than that it was okay for the price. Came out to 10 bucks each.

This food truck makes some of the best tacos around. I’ve only sampled their breakfast tacos so far, but everything has been delicious. Their bacon and egg taco is wonderful, with the bacon thick and crispy and cooked into the eggs as opposed to an added slice. Theie macacado tacos are wonderful with a perfect blend of onions, peppers, and tomatoes. My wife said that the enchiladas were the best she had had in years.

Was out there recently visiting a friend to say country setting is an understatement but the people at the restaurant were very very nice very pleasant and the food was pretty okay I didn’t care too much for the Barbacoa call but the quesadillas and the El pastor was good and their tea is pretty awesome too

Just Awesome! I get the bacon, bean and cheese or/and potatoe, chorizo and egg tacos for breakfast (they’re big so 2 is good). Try the mini taco plate in Carne asada for the perfect lunch (pastor is good too). 5 street tacos covered in meat, onions and cilantro. Rinse that down with a Mexican coke and your ready for a nap. There is always a line here. It’ll be a frozen 32F or a blistering 102F and people will be waiting to get their tacos. That says something about the food coming out of this tiny kitchen.
