The service was great, always with a smile, very accommodating. There’s a salsa bar with several kinds of salsa – hot bean dip is served with chips to the table when seated. The food was excellent! Prices were reasonable. If it were crowded, it would be noisy but we were there in the middle of the afternoon. Would definitely go again!

Everything was delicious. Our server was on top of everything. Everything our party of 6 ordered came out correctly, hot, and really flavorful. The salsa bar was great. Really love the renovations they have done with the building. So excited to have this in Mars Hill.

The restaurant has a light, friendly atmosphere. The service is courteous and attentive. The food is excellent. Their selection rivals that of other Mexican restaurants in the area. The dining room was full during our visit, so a small wait time was necessary. But we were still seated in a timely manner.

I ordered take out and got the taco salad. It was just meh. Wasn’t anything special about it. Would have tasted better with some more fresh veggies (tomatoes, cilantro, onion) seemed to be missing some sort of fresh authentic mexican vibe. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. I don’t do mexican food a whole lot but when I do, I’m never disappointed with Papas and Beer. Salsa bar was decent.

This sweet little restaurant in Mars Hill, NC has been through so many changes over the years. That it ended up as a Mexican restaurant is no surprise. They’ve only been open a very short time but the decor is very simple but festive. There was a bar and sports on the TVs. There is a small salsa bar and we tried 5 different kind and they were all very good! I had the Burrito Del Mar which had shrimp, scallops, tilapia and lettuce with nacho cheese, with rice on the plate. I really really liked it. Yry it out, you decide for yourself if you like it!! I will be going back.

First time at Taco Fiesta II, on a Monday lunch time, and it was busy. We were greeted and seated promptly with menus. My choice was Chicken Popeye, a lunch dish. Fresh chips and bean dip and drinks kept us until the meal arrived.
