The last time I went to Taco Giro was about 3 years ago in Sierra Vista. I don’t remember the menu being that big…wow! Taco Giro is pretty good. It’s chain Mexican food but our Taco Giro in Vail is welcoming, small, and has a good atmosphere. The Cadillac margaritas are pretty good, too bad I had drunk half of it before the picture. Bad picture! Free chips and salsa and a chip bean dip. We had enchiladas de camerone and shrimp tacos. Support local restaurants.

Really good Mexican food. The menu was massive with a million choices – all looked so tasty it was difficult to decide. There are several pages of seafood options, all very unique and tasty looking. The watermelon margarita was wonderful! The serving size was more than enough for one person. It was very tasty and I definitely recommend.

We ordered the Guacamole as an appetizer, we were shocked when the server brought out Avacados in a stone bowl and proceded to MAKE the Guacamole right at out table!! Wow!! Super clean place, very small or should I say cozy. The main entre we ordered was OUTSTANDING. Drinks were ice cold, the service was EXCELLENT. Again, this place is small, and definitely not fancy. Food is excellent, service is better than excellent. Pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

Just opened, we decided to try it. Good portions, food was decent, prices are getting up there (unless you do a special like lunch). Wait times were a bit long for my liking. Hopefully all issues that will get ironed out over time. They have a basic kid’s menu the little man enjoyed.

2nd visit this year 2022 and it was again awesome! The guacamole made fresh at our table was perfect and tasty. Our tacos, fish and carne were great. The house margarita is great too, rim salt melts in your mouth. The place is small, but tidy. It did smell like they just mopped the floors with bleach, but at least you know it’s clean. The waitress was prompt and attentive. We really like this place.

Menu is large! It was empty when we went at about 6:30 on a Sunday night and our food came in less than 5 minutes after we ordered. The carne asada tostada was delicious.
