For the third time now in the last 4 to 6 weeks, the lobby has been closed before 7pm. All the lights are on, the hours say open until 10, but the is no sign on the door as to why the lobby is closed so early.

Food is greasy; the sauce tasted like a mixture of ketchup and tomatoe sauce. The crunchy taco was so greasy it was a soft corn taco. The nachos weren’t much better, chips were salty and the cheese n sauce was just that.

Went thru the drive thru and order was wrong. One Sancho had sour cream and it was not supposed to. Then they asked for us to bring the Sancho back to get it replaced like they didn’t believe us. We tried to take the sour cream off before calling them and that didn’t work too well! Needless to say they had a mess with the returned food.
