My wife and I have been coming here for years, always good food and reasonably priced. The sauce is good but can make the hard shells soggy if you don’t eat them right away, so you may want to opt for the soft shells or a sancho if you have to drive more than a few minutes.

If you’ve never had Taco Gringo before, you’re in for a real treat. We used to go to Springfield 3-6 times per year and would go to Taco Gringo EVERY time we were in town. It’s a local food that really leaves you asking for more.

I got a super nacho which was great. My only note is that the beans were drying out. I suggest they get a squirt bottle of water and keep them thangs hydrated, other than that iit was nacho greatness.

Within a month, second time I’ve bought a pork tenderloin w/ fries and added cheese for $1, no cheese. Asked for sandwich toppings, no toppings. Not sure I want a third time.

Nostalgic stop to see if the Rancho was still the same. It was. Brought back memories of lunch or dinner when working in Springfield. I used to get a side of refried beans but I don’t eat as much anymore.
