Don’t go here after 7pm. The employees hadn’t started my mobile order, which was due when I showed up. There were 4 employees and no customers. I was informed my order would be a few minutes, and then everyone left the kitchen to take a well needed break before starting my order. Then they just left items off I paid for. Come on!

Outstanding experience… in the worst way. We were there a total of 55 minutes and still left without food. Took quite a while to order. From the time stamp on my paid receipt until the time I finally got someone to speak with me, 30 minutes passed. They said my order had already gone out (I guess to someone else). They were supposed to be fixing it. 15 minutes after that I asked for a refund when they told me the order had gone out already for the second time (again, not sure who it went to but it wasn’t me). I ordered ONE combo, that’s it. I finally got a refund and left starving almost an entire hour later. I was also late for an appointment. Terrible first impression of Taco Johns.

Just love seeing the downfall of this place. Order is wrong every time, takes 20 min to get food in the drive thru. Don’t forget to tell them to add the 1 million pounds of salt on your food as well! What happened to the old Taco Johns?

I Have always used the drive thru here when it’s not busy to pick up doordash orders, and I been dashing for 3 years. Today got told I have to come inside when not a car was in sight. It’s not fair for dashers to be denied the drive thru during slow periods. I understand when it is busy it is easier for both sides to come in, but when there isn’t a car in the drive thru no reason y’all have to make it harder on us, and our vehicles to come inside. Then have a manager get really rude when I was just voicing my opinion on how it’s wrong to put us through more unnecessary work then needed. Y’all forget that we deliver food to y’all’s paying customers, and sometimes not even our gas is reimbursed. Then cut our voices off like we are irrelevant. I will be boycotting this location from here on out!

Messed up the order several times and this happens alot everytime we come every Thursday and had customers waiting for more that 15mins and even more than 40mins no one came up to take orders. Even when they take forever the order is still not correct. In all honesty I miss the old employees that worked there and they always got the order right on the first try!

Food was great, I’ve been eating their Super Nacho for 30+ years and this was the best one I’ve ever had. Sevice was horrible I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I got waited on, probably short staffed.

S l o w. Took 40 minutes to get through the line. Got home and the food was wrong. And once you’re in the line, there’s no escape other than the rapture. If that happens, be right with Jesus…you don’t want to get left behind in that line.
