Just left the drive thru, specifically asked for hot & mild sauce , and as usual you very rarely get your entire order at this location, I don’t know if the people who work there are incompetent or just don’t care. Called back & all you get are excuses it’s always we’re sorry the person is new, this time their excuses are we have a new register & can’t enter it on the screen, so basically $16.00 down the drain , and the owner is who I spoke with, just continues to make excuses for her incompetent employee’s.

I guess with the remodeling the staff forgot how to ensure the customers received all of their food ordered tonight and was practically charged $5 and did not receive the additional items I ordered which were repeated back to me correctly at the drive thru.

I am a dasher. Taco John’s use to be the only fast food with a drive thru that I would accept because we could actually go threw the drive thru. I make 20+ deliveries a day. It’s already tough on a car, but making us shift gears to come inside for orders is unfair. It’s more work for us to come inside, but just the same work for yall to hand the orders outside. We are delivering to your customers too. I have been boycotting any places that will not hand orders out of the drive thru. We should have the choice on how we choice to pick up the orders.
