Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo and a soft shell beef taco. Got down the road to stop and eat. The quesadilla turned out to be two soft shell tacos with chicken nuggets in them. See the pic I added. The beef in the other taco was so greasey it was disgusting to even look at. See pic I have added. To top it off the soda machine when I filled my cup with Pepsi spewed water all over me. I will never be back here again.

The burrito I bought was cold. If you don’t have sauce packets, you won’t taste much of anything. I got the largest burrito on the menu and it was stuffed with nothing but rice. All the tables were dirty. I stated to them I wanted to dine in and they still stuffed my order into a bag.

Taco John, more like Taco Blah ! I would recommend skipping this place and going down the street to a real Mexican restaurant and order the Mexican pizza or a Crunchwrap supreme. This place is either hit or miss and sadly it’s usually miss! This time the “food” was cold and undercooked probably won’t be returning anytime soon unfortunately

1st time eating at a taco johns, seen them before but never tried it, best tacos ive had in a while. Not overly expensive, portions are huge, and serbice is amazing took less than 5 minutes to get my food from order even with people in front of me, the lady taking tje orders also made the food and was super friendly and the atmosphere for the place had an old school diner feel to it, definately going back.

So so. The staff was very nice, which makes me feel bad only giving three stars. Food was alright, but my order was incorrect. The place seemed very clean as well. It’s a good place to stop, but if you’re familiar with Taco John’s out of state it may be disappointing just because of the options.

This is a pretty good taco joint. Anytime I’m traveling down 23 I stop in and get me some taco johns because the food is really good. I like it alot. It’s quick and the staff are really courteous and friendly. Service oriented as well. Very nice size portions too.

It’s not authentic Mexican food, and they don’t claim to be. They are better than Taco Bell and the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had to wait long for my food, and it’s been really good for how much it costs.

They close at 11pm. Don’t expect to show up at 10pm and get anything though. Grill is down. Then you order something else and they’re out of refried beans. The only thing they’re out of is motivation if I read the room correctly. Just my experience.
