I had never heard of this joint before. But it was right down from my CLOSING, my name is John, and I love tacos. I thought it must’ve been a sign. Miss Adrienne took care of me and was unbelievable. She even recommended the fried chicken tacos which I absolutely loved. The service was great and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience.

I got to Tell you my expectations for this place were extremely low, however the food here is quite good. I hate to say it as a Taco Bell fan but I think their food is actually better. It was very busy and it is a new location so I hope they make it. But it’s a nice alternative if you want some quick tacos. also their breakfast burrito is tasty. My wife got their chicken fingers and they are very small

Tried out Taco John’s about a week or so after opening. Overall decent. Potatoes were definitely the star; nicely fried with great salt/seasoning. However the other 2 items were underwhelming. I got a steak griller and a nacho crunch beef burrito. The flavor on both meats were good but both items seemed very under filled. The steak griller had a few pieces each of steak and potato and then flattened very thin. I guess the nacho crunch burrito had chips…maybe a couple smashed pieces too small to stay crunchy; just became mush with the burrito. In comparison, Taco Bell has the burrito with fritos and they are whole pieces that stay crunchy. For the price, which is slightly higher than TB, I was expecting more.

Never been to Taco John’s? Do yourself a favor and get there…like now! They own “taco Tuesday” no matter what the media says! So glad they are in Ohio now and can’t wait for the one in Maineville to open! Tater- tot coins for all!

The originator of Taco Tuesday, they have a special for crisp ($1.29) and soft tacos ($1.39). Pair this with their customer program, you can eat for cheap. I got two crisp tacos, a large drink, and a free taco bravo ( similar to a double decker taco at taco Bell) for $6.05, including sales tax. I grew up on Taco John’s out west and I’m glad to have one in town now. I think it’s a step up from taco Bell and less expensive. Win-win.

Stuffed grilled taco was the size of a deck of cards, potato ole’s overfried and over salted. I’ve had Taco John’s 10000 times in my life, this is not Taco John’s. The quality and preparation is very different from anything in South Dakota/ Iowa. I have came two times and both times the Stuffed Grilled Taco was not prepared correctly. I cut them slack as the staff has probably never had Taco John’s so they have no proper reference, but I have been waiting for a Taco John’s to open near Cincinnati for over a decade, but they need to have a Quality Control team from HQ who knows what the food is supposed to taste like/ be prepared so that the quality here can match the quality of the other restraunts. I think they’ll be fine if they can make their stuff properly.

Absolute hot (make that luke warm) garbage. The food is terrible, service is terrible, the people who work here are the least friendliest people ever, and the drive through takes 20 minutes. Third and last time here trying this place. They couldn’t even grill the grilled burrito. Absolute clown shoes.
