Potato oles were old hard and cold, tacos weren’t even cooked, service was rude, & tables & highchairs were sticky & gross. There was no one else in the lobby & they weren’t busy so no excuse for dirty tables. When asked if they had anything to wipe and sanitize the tables they pointed to a wet dirty towel next to a dirty bucket of water sitting on the trash cans they were irritated that we asked for fresh oles.

We went to try the mango shrimp tacos and we were not disappointed. Good shrimp tacos at a reasonable price. Nice clean restaurant, fast friendly service, tasty food served hot. Really glad Taco John’s brought back the shrimp tacos. Well worth the trip.

Food was good but asked for sour cream and didn’t get it. I totally get making an error so out of my car and up to the door I went to let them know and grab that sour cream… but the building was locked and 3 workers just looked at me, continued to work and ignored me! Quality Customer Service is a priority to this consumer and can ruined my experience despite the food being tasty.

I have visited this establishment for over 20 years. I love their super Burritos as well as their taco salads. Well, actually there isn’t much that I don’t enjoy eating at Taco John’s. What’s even better is the fact that they have a daily special every day (except for Sunday’s), so I can grab me a great meal at a special price. Due to my present location, I don’t get to visit as often as I used to, I still stop by every time I am in the vicinity to partake of their great food at fantastic prices.

Ordered the Cheesy Bacon Ranch bowl BARELY any cheese, ranch or bacon! Person at the window was NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY! Told me the amount “ that is all she said to me the entire exchange” took my payment handed me my food! There was no “Thank you for coming ir anything “! I work in customer service and they had NONE AND FOOD WAS NOT AS ORDERED! Do better

(Edited to 1-Star: Onions on my burrito. I asked for none. It was repeated back as none. Receipt shows none. Yet, there are some. Lots of some! Yuck.) That which used to be one of my favorites is now one of my least. Several times in a row, consistently, my drive-thru order has been wrong and in the exact same way. My order is the same, and each time I’m shorted two tacos. Price to value ratio has been increasingly trending negative. It’s one of the costliest places to eat and my order is rarely right. Taco Bell hasn’t ever made a mistake on my order, comparatively.
