Other than it taking forever, their cashier can’t hear, and most of employees are standing around, I used my coupon for a free bravo instead of rewards and it skipped on me and the person in front of me. Also supervisor kept running. This area needs to get it together.

I wouldn’t really recommend this location. The food is always cold, messed up, or you get the wrong order. Got a chicken burrito today. Had 2 pieces of overcooked chicken and way too much cheese. I ordered guacamole and it was definitely expired. The potatoe oles were cold. Just overall very disappointing. Visit the location up on east broadway. Always a ton better.
