I was at Taco Johns about a month and a half ago and had a horrible experience. I submitted a bad review and received a phone call that day from a manager that said they couldn’t refund me but that she would send me a gift card and apologized. I was happy they were going to do something about it. Fast forward a month and a half and I have still not received anything. I love their food but why would I go back after all of this.

My potato oles were cold. I arrived at 9:30 p.m. and had not eaten dinner. I am in town for a funeral and didn’t want to take it back to hotel and eat with the family due to lack of space. Anthony let me know they were closing in 21 minutes, 10 minutes, and then 6 minutes. He literally asked us to leave at 10:00 because they were now closed.we literally had a few bites left and were leaving. He said the GM was on the way to talk with me. They never came. If you are going to serve for dine in until 10 p.m then your workers need to understand the paying customer has the right to enjoy their meal without a count down and being kicked out because they are ready to go home. Just RUDE!

Tonight I stopped at Taco John’s with my husband. We went through the drive thru and had ordered a large potato Ole with a special request for them to be made a little softer if possible (I had my teeth pulled) Kreg said he would do his best. He did great! They were perfect! Thank you for accommodating this pregnant woman’s cravings .

Was so excited to eat here it had been 2 years since moving away. But it was a big disappointment!! They changed the chicken quesadilla and now it is just absolutely disgusting! Got the donut bites as well and you could tell they had been sitting around awhile. Only thing that was good was the potato oles and cheese sauce.

Stopped in for lunch during our small road trip and ordered a $30 meal for two. The food was hot and fresh, but we noticed we didn’t receive one of our items we ordered. I told one of the workers about the missing item and they promptly served us. All in all, I have no complaints and I thank the employees for doing a great job.

We use to get lunch at Taco Johns once a week but we stopped about 4 months ago because they were slow and they kept getting our orders wrong. Today I thought I’d give them another chance because who doesn’t love their tacos? I would have been okay with the extremely slow service if they hadn’t screwed up on my order yet again.
