Just wow so we got dinner form taco John’s and after the attitude and having to have the manager take our order due to the use of a coupon the place was dirty like a barn the floor sticky and smelled like rotten trash in the restaurant we received our food the off going manager yelling at all his staff to hury up he has an appointment grabbed food and sat down to eat I get home and the extra guac and sour cream was not extra I returned the chicken that was dry overcooked and gross and the taco salad and was asked 5 times why it’s not good enough for me

The did a building refresh as of this post. Drive thru staff are friendly. Hot spot for lunch during the school year and is right neasr the high-school, so may be a bit busy.

I am the first to understand that fast food work is not as easy as everybody makes it out to be, and that mistakes happen. I went to this location today and ordered food, I drove home and realized that I had received someone else’s order that had significantly less food than mine. I decided to go back to the store after calling them and pick up my actual order and drop off the wrong order. When I got there, they approached me at the desk and started making my food, and I waited patiently. Once I received my food, they said “sorry about the mistake. “and I said “no big deal “as I walked out the door I heard the manager say “well if it wasn’t such a big deal why do you come back “. I found that to be very disrespectful because I was very patient and understanding but was treated as if I were the opposite. I understand that things happen when there’s a rush, but saying snarky comments behind a customers back is very unprofessional.

Visited Friday night 3/3/23 around 6:15 pm. Chicken was overfried in the chicken tacos we ordered. It was like eating balled-up fishing line, so we threw them out – which was a poor end to a very expensive meal. Formerly frequent customers five years ago, but this was the first time back in over 6 months. We will stay away longer now due to such a high-priced menu and poor quality food.
