Tried for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The potato oles were not cooked in the proper oil temp as they absorbed most of the oil, or they were slightly thawed before being fried. Otherwise a delicious meal.

The manager there refused to help the new guy find a menu item for me. Told him he’s ‘On his own’. Still couldn’t find it so I left. Not the new guys fault, you need to TRAIN and help new people or they won’t stay around long …1/10. I was very hungry for Taco John’s. The date was 6-7-23 around 5-6pm. Not cool

Honestly, the worst service I’ve experienced with Taco John normally service is great, employees are friendly and quick with orders even ask if there maybe anything else they maybe able to help with normal standard customer service. Today, I had my order taken as 3 to 4 separate orders got charged for multiple orders then once that was all done, nobody seem to able to get even the order right forgot my drink and sauces almost forgot food if we didn’t remind the person at the window a couple times the items we had gotten. Along with almost forgetting to give me my credit card back management I believe took over, but came off as rude as well not sure if it was due to frustration over the employee taking the order or at us, but overall it was a 1 out 10 experience.

Stopped by yesterday (September 26th, 2022) around 310 pm after placing a mobile order. I had to stop across the street so i hit check in and handled what I needed to and came to get my food. Lights off, chairs on tables, no signs, nothing. I tried to cancel my order because it took money out of my account and the app said to call the store to cancel. After which, i received a notification saying my order was completed? So i drove back to hopefully get my food and they were still closed, and to follow that up I received an email asking to review my experience.
