Unreal how slow the drive through was. We waited 15 minutes for the 1 car in front of us. Then another 10 minutes for our order of 10 tacos once we got up to the window. It sounds like a party they’re yelling and I see at least 2 workers standing around on their phones. The meat was cold and the hard shell tacos were soggy most tacos had hardly any lettuce. Paid for adding tomatoes and got only 1-2 chunks in each taco. Meat didn’t taste right and tacos tasted horrible. I have to say Eagan has the worst taco John’s I’ve ever been to.

Understaffed and it’s painful. Poor guys are doing their best but on that intersection they should have way more support. Pay people more! They’ll stick around or not call in constantly. Your customers deserve better. Or, maybe you don’t think so.. but the reviews would obviously get better if you staffed the place properly. We dined in since the drive through was a parking lot. Inside it was so clear they needed support. An effective manager and 2 more people and that place would be zooming.

This Taco John’s takes the fast out of fast food. I ordered one meal to dine in and it took 20+ minutes to get it. The oles were greasy and soggy. The tacos were very good.

Came in out of town just to eat at taco John’s, arrived at 845pm to and ordered over $50 worth of food and was rudely told by manager (John) on duty that the lobby is closing at 9:00pm so we could not eat inside and to eat in our car. There was customers still coming through the lobby door at 9:00pm but we were still told we were not allowed to eat inside. Our family loves taco John’s but will never be returning to this location. Terrible management and took over 20 minutes for our food! I would go further for a different location!

The website advertised that drive-thru pickup was an option, so I placed an order and headed out to the store. Upon arriving, I was told brusquely over the intercom that I had to come inside, but not given a reason. I asked if I could just pull up to the window and be handed my order, but again I was told no, I had to come inside, but given no reason.

Thank goodness Taco John’s came to Eagan. Luv their food & that it tastes like ingredients! They just opened and TONS of people going…prepare to wait…worth it! Got meat & potato burritos, bean burritos w-lettuce & churros. The churros were so yummy & sugaryyyy! Potato ole’s are the best!!

The kid that took our order was very nice and he also brought it out to us. For the money the portions were very small. Husband ordered a mango Taco there were like two pieces of mango in It,I ordered the crunchy beef burrito there was(1) chip or strip in it for the crunch. We’ll stick with Taco Bell.

I work in Eagan and ordered food at the drive through to bring home for my family. Once home, I noticed an entire combo meal is missing and nacho cheese sauce too. That’s over $9 of food not included in the order. Tried calling multiple times without answer. Really frustrating experience.

Service sucks bad no cashier’s line out the door didn’t get drunk cups unless asked and just really is going downhill. Being visually impaired it’s difficult for me to use their kiosk to order stuff but I don’t think they take that into consideration.
