Last night 7/2 spent $60 they didn’t even include 1/5th of my meal, when I called the “manager” some girl starts laughing like it’s a joke. So when we finally eat and it’s awful food I call today 7/3 hoping can get someone more professional. INSTEAD get another young girl who hasn’t a clue, is rude and hangs up on me, she has her coworker Arianna or something like that put the phone on the counter instead of bring it to her, and the owner never called me like they were supposed to.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, this location no longer accepts Rah Rah coupons even though the site is clearly listed on the app. Staff and manager did not know what the app was even though I have used it at this location for over 2 years. Rah Rah needs to remove this location from its list of vendors.

Drive thru attendant told me they were closed and I politely told him his manager should change the signs bc the signs said open an hour later than when they closed and he gave me attitude about it. I was trying to be helpful, but thanks for the negativity?

I just wanted to give a shout out to taco John’s. I put an order in through DoorDash for me to pick up. And I didn’t realize I could not go through the drive-through. They made an exception for me because I had my kids with me and they were very friendly and bubbly. Their charismatic personality Was needed especially in a time like this. The food was hot and fresh when I got home and I want them to know I appreciated everything they did.
