After going to 4 Taco John’s – Grand Forks (closed no sign as to why), Fargo (2 – one permanently closed/other) and Moorhead (hours on Google wrong) I still had not managed to get a taco. On my way back to Canada we stopped in Drayton, still trying to get a taco. The system was down and so the gas station and Taco John was not able to sell anything. When I told an employee (manager?) my story of chasing a Taco John Taco, he went and had a taco made for us, on the house. It was a wonderful experience and the long sought Taco John Taco was yummy! Thank you so much.

Went through the drive thru at 7:20am they open at 7am. Sat there for 2 minutes before someone said anything and the worker said sorry we aren’t open yet cuz they had to replace the “soft bottles” that expired the day before. I asked how long that would be and got no reply.

Check your order every time. No matter you go through the drive thru or you’re standing right in front of them. 3 times in a row the guy that works there has messed up my order.

Stopped last Saturday to get a gift card. They were closed even though their hours posted stated something different. Stopped again today to buy a gift card to be told they can’t sell them because their gift card system hasn’t worked for over a month.

Since the pandemic started we have had a ton of less than perfect service at drive throughs, but tonight it was a pleasant surprise when we visited your establishment. The individual working the drive thru, we think his name was Brandon, (bionic tattoo on his left arm) served us with a smile, very kind, and our food was the perfect temperature. We even got napkins in our bag!

My husband and I stopped on our way thru and ordered a six pack and a pound. Took it out to the truck. The meat was so cold it was like they took it out of the fridge and served it as it was. If we weren’t in a semi and could have turned around we would have. I feel a 1 rating is being too kind.

Horrible experience every visit. Lack of competency of employees is truly unreal. Expect anything from wrong orders, poor hygiene, and inability to process a refund when they screw up. Will not be back.

Sat in line for over 45 minutes to get a drink and a burrito…. the olays were drenched in oil and under cooked. Last few times I’ve been there it has been similar to this visit really though it would get better.
